I struggled with severe depression and anxiety for years until I realized I needed help. Despite being prescribed medication, I found my own path to recovery without relying on it. Taking control of my journey, I developed a structured approach that allowed me to regain my freedom. Now, I would like to share this with you as well!

I know it is difficult to open up to a stranger; therefore, you can participate in the program online as well, without a camera on.
Fast
The program consists of 12 sessions, with a total time investment of approximately 20 hours. It is completely self-paced. This seems reasonable, doesn't it?
