About me
My name is Peter, I am 31 years old with a background in business and professional sports. I hold multiple degrees in international- and sports management. I am a certified personal trainer and a soon-to-be breathwork, cold exposure and men's work facilitator. Due to severe mental health issues during my early 20s, followed by years of self reflection and self development journey, today, I set a goal to help young men to overcome their mental, emotional and physical issues.
I help teenagers and adult men overcome depression and/or anxiety through fully practical and tailored exercises.
It took years for me to find the underlying causes and resolve them. Reflecting on my journey, if I had someone who truly understood what I was going through, it would have been easier to open up and make the healing process faster.
That is why I created this program. Hopefully, it will take much less time for you.

The sessions are available anywhere between Lausanne and Geneva, including the two towns
If you can only attend online, that can work but we will have to discuss the details
The program lays on four core pillars
Assessment
The program starts with a general assessment of
- mental
- emotional and
- physical state
The objective is to have a clear idea of how your blockages affect your current life.
Moment of clarity
We identify moments when the current situation becomes clearly evident. This helps in recognizing that there is a path forward from the current circumstances.
It can be
- A series of action
- A thought pattern
- A certain physical situation etc.
The point is grounding so that you have clarity!
Self observation
Understanding the present moment!
- Your relationship with yourself
- Your relationship with family and friends
- Your behaviour in certain situations
- Your habits and addictions
Reflection
It is about understanding your past. Both positive and negative events that had a large impact on your life in general.
- What exactly happened?
- When did it happen?
- What was the underlying cause of this event? etc.
The goal is to connect the dots. Once it is done, everything will be much clearer, and believe me, it will take a huge amount of weight off your shoulders.
